Alexandra made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her demeanour was warm and open yet professional. The treatment space was impeccably clean, welcoming and cosy - the perfect ambience for a relaxing massage. I loved how much attention she paid to warmth - a heated bed and warm towels await you. Hot towels are also used to soften your muscles and make the treatment feel just that bit more special. Mellow music contributes to the laid-back atmosphere. I also really appreciated that Alexandra did not force conversation - she just let me drift away and fully indulge in the silence once the massage began. And the massage itself (deep tissue) was 11/10! It's clear that Alexandra is an expert in her field and her passion for it shines through. I will be recommending her to everyone!
