Payments and Cancellation Policy
For treatments above 60 euro online payment is requested when booking. Treatments under 60 euro can be paid online or can be paid on the day of your appointment, via POS, Tikkie application or cash. I accept debit and credit cards.
To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made one day or more in advance of the appointment date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within the same day will not receive a refund.
Lateness Policy
It is requested that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, the time left will be used to its best advantage, and I may not be able to give you a full session.
Code of Conduct
All massage treatments are for therapeutic purposes only. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the massage session and the client will be charged for the full price of the booked service.
This is a massage studio, not a spa. To maintain a relaxing environment for all, please use quiet voices.
Health Concerns
If you have any health conditions that may prevent you from having a massage, it is your responsibility to consult your doctor prior to booking your appointment.
